Concrete-Filled Steel Tube (CFST) columns need to be reliably analyzed and estimated under axial compression. This research contributes to solving the above problem by using an integrated Ansys Workbench application, Ansys DesignXplorer. This approach is convenient for academics and industry in the CFST column design because the proposed compressive strength formulas will be established in the parameters’ properties. Correlation analysis and design of experiment (DOE) algorithms help explore the present study and design, includes to optimize and six sigma analysis in the reliability assignment of CFST columns with CFST cross-section dimensions such as 150 mm external diameter, 2.0 to 4.3mm steel tube thickness and 450 mm column length. The efficiency of this research concept allows selecting specified techniques to axial compression strength of CFST columns primarily in design standards, the use of simulations, and innovative tests using probability values
